How One Man Discovered the Secret to Peace Amidst the Chaos of War GLOBETROTTING FORMER EXECUTIVE TACKLES BIG QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT DIVIDES – AND UNITES – US ALL

In 2003, former marketing executive and advertising agency founder, Greg Masse, took a leap of faith and did what so many of us dream about one day doing: he picked up, packed his bags and followed his dream.

A lifelong student of comparative religion and theology, Masse has since traveled the full span of the globe (twice), explored the founding nations of the world’s major religions, and immersed himself in cultures ranging far and wide, including the war-torn Middle East.

What he learned may come as something of a surprise.

“So much of the world is not at all what the news media shows and tells us it is,” says Masse, who in Fall 2013 releases And Then Came Peace [Enlightened Book Group], a political thriller inspired and informed by seven years of meticulous research, keen observation and a paradigm-shifting epiphany of his own.

“When I discovered that all religion is the same – each expresses a faith common to every human being on this planet, the only difference being how that expression is determined by a specific culture – I wanted to enlighten as many people as possible,” explains Masse. “And what better way to do that than through an exciting, proactive, easy-to-read story?”

In an energetic and enlightening in-studio or phone interview that will decode what it is, exactly, that we’ve all been fighting about for centuries – and how we can start down the road of collaboration, compassion and commonality as a species today – Masse can discuss:

  • Surprising facts about Middle Eastern culture and customs
  • What he means when he calls faith the thing that unites and unifies us all (…and yes, that includes you too, atheists!)
  • The root of conflict and war, historically through present day: the real reason why so many wars have been fought in the name of God
  • Why we do not yet know peace that knows no bounds – and how we can get there

Greg Masse is a former marketing executive and advertising agency founder who has won numerous international awards for outstanding creative and, in 2003, sold his business to focus on his passions: religion and creative writing.

A world traveler who has been around the globe twice, Greg has dedicated much of his life to the intensive study of comparative religion and theology, both in formal education and real-world experience capacities.

And Then Came Peace is his debut novel, and the product of seven years of research and writing by Greg, who resides in Canada and Florida.

And Then Came Peace will be released in paperback and e-book formats worldwide on October 1, 2013, published by Enlightened Publishing Group and distributed by Greenleaf Book Group. It is currently available for pre-order on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
